Deposit & cancellation

A 30% deposit confirms and secures your reservation, and your dates are guaranteed once we receive it. The balance is payable before arrival or on check-in.

  • Cancel within your window and the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • A no-show is charged in full, and early departures are non-refundable.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may adjust the rate.
  • Deadlines follow resort time, WITA (GMT+8). Promotional rates may carry their own terms.
  • If we ever cannot host dates you have paid for, you are refunded in full within 7 days.

Booking & rates

  • Enquiries are confirmed personally by WhatsApp or email within a day.
  • Rates are quoted in IDR and include 10% tax. Saga and add-on prices include 10% service charge and 10% tax.

During your stay

  • Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. No minimum stay; two nights or more is recommended.
  • Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00, and we are non-smoking indoors.
  • Housekeeping is on request; ask the team whenever you'd like your tent refreshed.

Getting here & care

  • VELA is roughly three hours from DPS airport; we can arrange a transfer.
  • Tell us about dietary or medical needs and we will prepare ahead.
  • The ocean sets the conditions for boats and dives, we adapt around the weather.

Children & cots

  • Children of all ages are welcome. We have one cot available, subject to availability. We therefore recommend bringing your own travel cot if you need one for an infant.
